Lack of holistic understanding about world challenges

Traditionally, most attempts to combat societal and expecially environmental challenges create more harm elsewhere. How could politicians, NGOs and social entrepreneurs know where to strike and how to improve the whole system?

Why is it a challenge?

Whom does the challenge concern?

All who are part of society and environment.

Why is it important to combat?

Right now it's very popular to keep doing something good for the world. If that popularity is used to do the right things, the world can be made a radically better place. If it's used to do irrelevant or even wrong things, the world can be made a worse place.

Who/what are the most important contributors?

The ones who have the biggest impact on society and environment.

I think that humans cause more harm to environment than any other creature on the earth
