There has been discussion of what kinds of partners would be interested in Be a Change. Instead of dwelling in the "how are we going to get their time/money", let's take one step back.

What are the benefits of having a partner?

Expertise - they know something better than us

Network - they have the contacts we don't have

Resources - they have the money, material, products we don't have

Infra - they have the processes we don't have

Benefits of cooperation

- Learning experience of both organizations and all project members

- 1+1 is more than 2, less work per organization, more common results

- High probability of future cooperation

Challenges of cooperation

- Constant focus on the common goal

- Effort on maintaining the communication and relationship between partners

- Effort on communication between partners and project team members

Usually it is more important to create a good environment and communication in the team and among the partners. Even if the results are not achieved, people will always remember the people and the spirit of the team.
