A Medicin doser

The problem is: While dosing medicins the old and other people too have to spend a certain amount of time when taking several, having to pick one and put the rest in the can. It's not very hygienic, either, since they have to touch the medicins.

Solution: We should make medicin dosers for cans and medicins of different sizes with spirals/some mechanism so that only one pill comes out in a time. Turn once and then pull. Every time you turn it, one pill comes in the storage, and when you pull, the storage becomes empty. (Or something like this.)

The dosers could either be in each individual can (if it is a very cheap one) or they could be bought separately from a pharmacy or something. They would be recommended to be bought simultaneously with the medicin cans.
